MyPicksforYou offers the following Returns Policy 

90-Day warranty for all refurbished items. Items must be returned in conditioned received including all packaging and contents of the that package. Please contact My Picks for You to receive an RMA number and address to send package to. 

New Items are covered by a one, two, or three year manufactures warranty. 

My Picks for You is an authorized seller working in partnership with distributors of brand name electronics--new items that are defective will be accepted by the original manufacturers. If contact information is not included in your shipment, please contact us for that information.

Shipping 

Items may be shipped any of the following ways depending on location and product size or customer choice: 

 1. USPS (First Class or Priority, or Express) 

 2. UPS (Ground, 3-day, 2-day) 

 3. Fed Ex (Ground, 3-day, 2-day) 

      Either a tracking number, customs form number, or a delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped (depending on the type of shipping used will determine type of tracking) .

 All Domestic shipped items over $100 in value will be insured and all International items over $50 in value will be insured and claimed on forms for full value of the item at no extra cost for the customer.  

** If there is a specific way you would prefer your item to be shipped to you, please email to see if we may be able to--otherwise, choose an option from the shipping offerings.

Orders worth over $100 in value will require a signature upon delivery.

Some items will take up to 6 business days processing and some items will take 1 business day processing depending on the item; please email and ask if you would like to know time frame for your particular item. 

 USPS Priority takes 2-3 business days domestic and 6-10 business days International

 Fed Ex Ground and UPS ground take 2-7 days domestic delivery time-please add the days to processing time to figure arrival day of your item. (some tracking types will tell you expected delivery day).

Most international orders will take 6 business days processing to prepare and package the item for international shipping. Most domestic orders will take one business day to process before shipping.
